Help for cleanup, refunds, and restore questions.
Email support@decluttermymail.com with the mailbox address used for the session, your receipt details, and a short description of what happened.
Cleanup Issues
Include the approximate cleanup time, whether the scan, payment, or cleanup step failed, and any error text shown in the app. Avoid sending mailbox passwords or app passwords by email.
Refund Requests
Refund support is available when payment succeeded but cleanup did not run or clearly failed. Send the Stripe receipt email or checkout reference so the payment can be matched to the cleanup session.
Restore Path
Cleanup moves selected messages to Trash where possible. To restore mail, open your provider's Trash folder and move the messages back before that provider's retention window expires.
