1. Right Of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Christian Reil, Reil IT Dienstleistungen, Knorrestr. 9, 20099 Hamburg, email: support@decluttermymail.com) by a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
2. Effects Of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
3. Immediate Performance
Paid cleanup starts only if you expressly request that DeclutterMyMail begin performing the service before the withdrawal period expires.
After full performance, the right of withdrawal is lost only if you previously acknowledged that full performance by the provider causes loss of the right of withdrawal.
