DeclutterMyMail provides a one-time technical mailbox cleanup service. The service scans mailbox metadata via IMAP, shows cleanup and unsubscribe candidates, processes your choices, attempts supported unsubscribe actions, and moves selected messages to Trash where possible.

No user account, dashboard, subscription, or ongoing mailbox management relationship is created.

• You must have permission to access the connected mailbox.
• You provide correct IMAP/SMTP connection details and, where required, app passwords.
• You authorize DeclutterMyMail to perform the selected actions through the connected mailbox.
• You decide what senders or messages are cleaned before execution.

Cleanup attempts to move selected messages to Trash where possible. Your email provider controls Trash restore windows, automatic emptying, and permanent deletion.

Unsubscribe success depends on sender-provided mechanisms such as one-click endpoints, mailto requests, preference pages, and valid unsubscribe headers. Success for every sender is not guaranteed.

Scanning is free. Cleanup execution uses a pay-what-you-want checkout before paid work starts.

Payment is due when checkout is completed. Stripe processes payment and may present its own payment terms.

No VAT is charged or shown pursuant to § 19 UStG.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See /widerruf for the withdrawal notice and model withdrawal form.

If you expressly request immediate performance before the withdrawal period ends and we partially perform the service before withdrawal, you may owe Wertersatz. If we fully perform the service, the right of withdrawal can be lost only after your explicit request and acknowledgement.

Refund support is available when payment succeeds but cleanup does not run or the selected work clearly fails. Send Stripe receipt details and the mailbox address used for the session.

A sender-specific unsubscribe failure does not automatically create a refund claim when the remaining selected cleanup was processed and unsubscribe limitations were disclosed.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability.

For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

German law applies, excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued.
